Inventory Check In/ Out service
One of the most common causes of disagreement stems from a poorly taken inventory, leading to disputes when a tenant moves out refuses to acknowledge damage caused. This can be avoided with a properly conducted inventory report at the start of the tenancy, something often overlooked. Even if you manage your own properties, this impartial service makes it easier to settle damages & still maintain good landlord/ tenant relations.
At the start of a tenancy we will:
- List & photograph all aspects of your property
- Generate a condition report
- Obtain signed tenant/ landlord acceptance for the report
- If desired, hold the deposit as impartial parties
At the end of the tenancy, we will:
- Conduct a thorough condition review with the tenant
- Agree which items need repair or replacement, & withhold that sum from the deposit
The standard fee for this service is as follows:
Unfurnished properties up to 3 rooms/ 50m in size 40 euros
Unfurnished properties up to 5 rooms/ 80m in size 60 euros
Unfurnished properties of 5+ rooms/ 150m in size 80 euros
For furnished properties, add 20 euros to these prices
Tenant Find Service
Finding the right tenant is more important as achieving the optimum rent. At WMP we l conduct due diligence to determine tenant suitability, & provide you with our considered opinion to assist your decision making.
We use internet & regional publications to achieve the best publicity & reach the right clients.
Fees:
For short term rental (less than 12 months) = 50% of one months rent
For long term rental (12 months of more)= 10% of the first year’s rent
Rent Collection Only (Silver Service)
- Collect the rent in a timely manner
- Deposit rent into a chosen account
- Deal with minor tenant issues
Fee: 10% of the monthly rental.
Full Management (Gold Service)
- Collect the rent in a timely manner
- Deposit rent into a chosen account
- Deal with minor tenant issues Conduct an Inventory Check & Report
- Conduct periodic checks on the property
- Automatically seek to replace tenants when required
- Carry out repairs & maintenance when required
Fee: 20% of the monthly rental.
Cleaning & Maid Service
If you require your property to be cleaned on a regular basis or just for a special occasion (i.e., the mother in law is coming!), we can help with our local, hard working cleaning team. In addition, if you need help with daily chores such as Washing & Ironing, arranging for your dry cleaning, or just doing some shopping for you, why not give us a try.

Translation Services
Romanian law is very comprehensive & written contracts make no apology for covering all aspects of those laws, in any binding document. It is therefore essential that you understand what your obligations are, & what the other party is obligated to also. For this reason, we only work with the best local translators we can find.
